‘Nobody Likes Me’ is her first children’s book with many more to come.

Cynthia and her family live just outside Atlanta, GA. She is an Atlanta native, and proud of it.

    Hi Cynthia. I just picked up your book for my 4 yr. old daughter. Not b/c she has trouble making friends, but I feel like she always thinks if we can’t do EXACTLY what she wants at that minute, it turns into a tantrum. As well as exactly the situation with her little brother.

    On a different note, I am a Positive Discipline facilitator in Atlanta (I teach parenting classes and do parenting workshops). This book REALLY spoke to me and I do a whole lesson for parents where we talk about a child’true feelings during misbehavior (“I am a child and I just want to belong”). I will be reading this book to the parents in my class on Monday!!! I think this is also a book for parents as well as children about exactly what the child is feeling when we don’t validate them!

    My daughter goes to Schiff Pre-School @ Temple Emanu-El in Sandy Springs. I would LOVE to have you come read the book and do a signing if you would be interested.

    I am equally delighted and impressed with Nobody Likes Me and only wish I had it years ago when I taught preschool and this subject was all too popular.Still, I am certain that many schools have taken this book seriously enough to keep it in their library. What a great thing you did by writing a book such as this.
